What the $0 PIFOS platform fee covers
For approved organizations, FitchCraft donates access to the base Pay It Forward OS platform. That means no monthly PIFOS platform subscription for the donated workspace and no required contract term to keep using the base platform under the current model.
Who the promise applies to
The promise applies to the base PIFOS platform for organizations that are reviewed and approved. Submitting a workspace request is not automatic approval. Fit is evaluated individually against the organization's needs and the platform's current capabilities.
What is not a PIFOS platform fee
Third-party processor fees, messaging or SMS costs, custom domain purchases, or optional outside services are not automatically PIFOS fees. If an optional future FitchCraft service is ever offered beyond the donated base platform, it must be clearly separated and disclosed before any charge.
Charitable donations
PIFOS takes 0% of charitable donations. Online card processing is in final testing and is not live yet. When activated, donations are designed to flow directly to the participating nonprofit. Standard third-party payment-processing costs may still apply and will be disclosed before launch.
Leaving with your data
The organization may leave at any time, and may request an export of its information at any time — not only when leaving, and without giving a reason. Export is currently handled as an administrative request rather than a self-service button; we confirm scope, format and timing when you ask. See also Data Ownership.
